1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the quen45 platform, accessible via our official website and any related applications. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any game or service, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the quen45 platform. Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different information, is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing an active email address and a valid Malaysian mobile number.
• Setting a strong password and keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Providing identity verification documents (MyKad or passport) when requested for the KYC process.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the quen45 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform supports the following payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay
• Malaysian local bank debit card

The minimum deposit limit is RM 30 per transaction. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within minutes. If your deposit has not been credited after 15 minutes, please contact our customer support with proof of the transaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted — this requirement will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Every promotion has a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new member. Attempts to claim a new bonus using different accounts or information are prohibited.

6 Game Rules

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the quen45 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds from illegal activities.
• Identity fraud, including using another person's information to register or verify an account.
• Using multiple accounts to circumvent wagering limits or claim bonuses fraudulently.
• Launching cyberattacks, hacking attempts, or any activity that could compromise the security of the platform.
• Abusing the customer support system by filing false complaints or harassing support staff.
• Sharing your login credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Quen45 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms or for internal operational reasons deemed necessary.

Members may also request voluntary closure of their own account by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to any required final review.

If an account is closed due to a violation, any balance associated with activities that breach these Terms may be forfeited to quen45.

9 Privacy & Data Protection
